1. When will the fanzine ship?
We expect the third printing of the fanzine to ship in mid-to-late September 2026.
The original printing of the fanzine shipped in September, 2020. The second printing shipped in November, 2020.
2. Will you ship to [location]?
We will ship anywhere USPS can reach. Unfortunately, we have no power over international shipping costs, but rest assured we do everything we can to find the lowest rates possible while still ensuring your package makes it across the world unharmed.
3. Is the fanzine SFW?
Yes, the fanzine is SFW.
4. Is there shipping in the fanzine?
The fanzine does not feature any art or writing in which characters are explicitly (i.e., clearly) romantic or romantically involved.
5. Can I buy [piece of merchandise] individually?
At this time, we do not plan on offering merchandise independent of the fanzine and merchandise bundle. If we have extra pieces of merchandise after all preorders ship, we may put them on sale individually.
6. I haven't received my PDF! What should I do?
I (metaandpotatoes) have to manually email each copy of the PDF when someone orders it. If I am traveling or busy at work, it may take me some time to be able to check the email. I promise it will come eventually! (I aim to get it to people within 3 business days.)
7. Will you offer refunds?
We are happy to refund orders before preorders close.
After preorders close, we will not refund orders or accept returns except in exceptional circumstances (i.e., to be determined on a case-by-case basis).
8. Who pays taxes/customs fees?
Customers are responsible for all taxes/custom fees that may be charged on international packages.
