1. When will the fanzine ship?

The second run of the fanzine is expected to ship in November 2020. The first run shipped in September 2020.

Note that this is subject to change based on postal restrictions and manufacturing delays. We will communicate any delays in shipping as soon as we know about them.

2. Will you ship to [location]?

We will ship anywhere USPS can reach. Please be aware of shipping restrictions to certain countries from the United States due to COVID-19.

3. Is the fanzine SFW?

Yes, the fanzine is SFW.

4. Is there shipping in the fanzine?

The fanzine does not feature any art or writing in which characters are explicitly (i.e., clearly) romantic or romantically involved. 

5. Can I buy [piece of merchandise] individually?

At this time, we do not plan on offering merchandise independent of the fanzine and merchandise bundle. If we have extra pieces of merchandise after all preorders ship, we may put them on sale individually.

6. When will the PDF fanzine "ship"?

The PDF fanzine will be emailed to all purchasers when the first physical merchandise ships.

7. Will you offer refunds?

We are happy to refund orders before preorders close.

After preorders close, we will not refund orders or accept returns except in exceptional circumstances (i.e., to be determined on a case-by-case basis).

8. Who pays taxes/customs fees?

Customers are responsible for all taxes/custom fees that may be charged on international packages.
